No clinician-patient relationship

Browsing the Site or submitting a form does not create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when a licensed clinician agrees to evaluate you under the treating practice's own terms and consent.

Eligibility and availability

Services are for adults 18 and older who are physically located in a state where the treating clinician is licensed. Whether any treatment, including testosterone replacement therapy, is appropriate is decided solely by the clinician, based on evaluation and lab results. Some treatments may require an in-person visit under state or federal law. Not everyone qualifies, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Emergencies

The Site is not for emergencies. If you think you're having a medical emergency, call 911.

Fees

Any fees for consultations, labs or treatment are disclosed to you before you are charged. Lab fees and pharmacy costs may be billed separately by those providers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes submitting false information, interfering with the Site's operation, or trying to access systems without authorization.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use only.

Links to third-party sites, such as lab locators, are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
