Why we exist

Greater Houston covers more than 9,000 square miles. For many men, a specialist visit means a long drive, a long wait and a short conversation. TRT Houston offers a simpler first step: an online consult and a nearby lab draw, followed by an unhurried review of your results with a Texas-licensed clinician.

What we believe

• Labs before prescriptions. No one starts testosterone replacement therapy on symptoms alone.
• Straight answers. You hear the benefits, the risks and the alternatives, including when treatment isn't the right call.
• Ongoing monitoring. If you do start, follow-up labs and check-ins are part of the plan.
• Evidence over hype. We follow published guidelines, such as those from the Endocrine Society and the American Urological Association, and we say so when evidence is thin.

How it works

1. Tell us what you're noticing in a short online intake.
2. Get bloodwork at a Quest or Labcorp location near home or work.
3. Go over your results with a Texas-licensed clinician by video.
4. If treatment fits, get a plan with scheduled follow-ups.

Who we serve

We work with adult men in Texas who want a medical evaluation for symptoms like low energy, low libido, loss of muscle or mood changes, and who would rather start from home. Patients come from the Heights and Memorial, from Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands and Pearland, and from Cypress and Clear Lake.

Who it isn't for

It isn't for emergencies, for anyone under 18, or for anyone looking for a prescription without testing. If something is urgent, call 911.
