This Privacy Policy explains how TRT Houston ("we," "us") handles information collected through trt-houston.com (the "Site"). The Site is informational and is used to request online consultations. Clinical care is delivered by independent licensed clinicians and their practice.

- Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code and anything you include in a message or consultation request.
- Automatically collected information: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring pages, collected through server logs and, where used, analytics tools.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and coordinate your consultation.
- To send you service-related messages, such as intake links and appointment information.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Health information
Please don't submit detailed medical information through the Site's general contact form. Health information collected during a clinical intake or visit is handled by the treating practice. Where HIPAA applies, it is protected under HIPAA and that practice's Notice of Privacy Practices, which you will receive before care begins.
Sharing
We share information only (a) with the clinicians and practice coordinating your care, (b) with service providers that host the Site, deliver email or provide similar services under confidentiality obligations, (c) when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or (d) as part of a business transfer, subject to this Policy.
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not require cookies to work. If we use analytics, it is to understand overall traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
